Manny Pinheiro

Manny is a proud former police Sergeant with 18 years of service in the G.T.A. He began investing in Real Estate, purchasing single family homes in 2016. Since then, he has taken part in a joint venture project for a multifamily home with Executive Properties Capital in the City of Hamilton.

Manny has also consulted on a vast number of multifamily investments with regards to zoning, by-law compliance, design and functionality in Hamilton, Georgetown, Etobicoke, Orillia, and Guelph.

Manny’s career as a police officer provided him with transferable skills required for his next successful endeavour as a realtor and investor.

Manny currently provides crisis intervention on a voluntary basis for an organization called “Boots on the Ground”, which helps primary responders in need of help, and to date Manny has been credited with saving two lives. In his spare time, he is also a high school community football coach, a classic car enthusiast and spends the rest of his time with his beautiful wife of 18 years and their twin daughters.
